This will make such a gorgeous addition to your festive food, whether you’re at home, work, or needing to “take a plate”
Using all the goodies from the Viberi range, I think you’ll really enjoy this!
For approximately 16 bliss balls
2 cups almond meal
4 TBS maple syrup
2 TBS Viberi blackcurrant powder
2 TBS melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
Melted chocolte to dip
ViBERi Freeze-dried Blackcurrants to top, with options of hemp seeds
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Shape into balls, and place in the fridge
to set a little.
Meanwhile, melt the chocoalte, dip half of the bliss balls into chocoalte, and top with the
Viberi blackcurrant, finished with a sprinkle of hemp seeds.
When you’re ready to arrange your wreath, grab a plate, and place a small bowl in the centre.
Arrange the bliss balls around the edge, add some mint leaves, fresh blueberries,
strawberries, or raspberries, and finish with scattering the choc coated and choc dusted
Viberi blackcurrants.
Serve and enoy! You can always make the bliss balls ahead of time, and keep frozen until you
are ready to serve at Christmas.
